Numata Town, Hokkaido, is a small town with expansive rural landscapes.
Under the wide sky, amidst continuous fields and forests, stands a residence over 70 years old. This is the home of the Tsugawa family, who have long watched over the local community.
Inheriting this residence, a new story is now about to begin.
Maison Tsugawa is not an auberge created solely by chefs. It's a collaboration with farmers who cultivate vegetables in the fields, hunters who bring the vitality of the forest, and fishermen who deliver the bounty of the sea. And, it's the seasonal blessings we receive from this land and nature.
This is the gastronomy born here in Numata.

The cuisine is supervised by a French chef who honed his skills in France and received Michelin recognition in Sapporo. The act of "eating" a dish that brings out the power of the ingredients, reflecting the climate, seasons, and efforts of producers in Hokkaido, transforms into an unparalleled "experience."
